Description:Join us for an incredible opportunity to support our Sales team of the Hyatt Regency Seattle & Hyatt at Olive 8 as our Business Travel & Sales Administrative Assistant!This is an entry-level, multi-faceted position that will work predominantly at the Seattle Collective supporting both the Hyatt Regency Seattle and Hyatt at Olive 8 Sales Team . Responsibilities will include assisting th e Business Travel Sales Manager, Group Sellers and the Sales Leadership team with administrative duties including but not limited to maintaining systems , account management, creating reservations , business development, presentations, proposal preparation and contract creation . This position will assist in coordinat ing account client needs and client events. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative and problem solving skills on assignments. Knowledge of Opera, Reserve and Envision will be highly prioritized.The hourly rate range for this position is $26.25 to $26.78. The starting rate for this position is $26.25/hour. Full-Time Colleagues:
